I am Dr Dzanan Berberovic , psychologist and Doctor of Psychological Sciences, with professional experience in clinical assessment, forensic psychology, and evidence-based psychotherapy. Throughout my career, I have worked in clinical, institutional, and judicial settings, conducting complex psychological assessments, preparing forensic findings and expert opinions, and implementing individual and group intervention programs.

My practice is focused on providing ethical, professional, and personalized care tailored to the specific needs of each individual. I use contemporary, evidence-based methods, integrating cognitive-behavioral, clinical, and psychodynamic approaches, depending on the case. I also provide expert consultations, education, and supervision in the fields of mental health, psychological sciences, and forensic assessment.

Scientific, professional, and practical experience to date:

• Expert assessments in civil (litigation) proceedings, most often related to the evaluation of parental suitability for child custody in divorce proceedings or in cases involving modifications of court decisions regarding contact arrangements between children and the non-custodial parent;
• expert assessments in criminal procedural cases, for prosecutors’ offices in BiH when assessing injured parties, suspects or witnesses during investigative or other criminal procedural actions;
• Assessment of legal capacity, that is, criminal responsibility tempore criminis, within team-based expert evaluations conducted in collaboration with (neuro)psychiatric experts.
• Several years of experience in group and individual psychological counseling with women suffering from breast cancer;
• many years of practical experience in group and individual psychological counseling of minors and younger adult delinquents;
• many years of experience in forensic psychological expertise in working with institutionalized populations by court order (juvenile detention center, correctional home, penal institution);
• experience in psychological assessment, observation and counseling of couples with everyday life (especially sexual intramarital or extramarital problems);
